Oh! The course really broadened my mind, my business potential was really improved, and all my staff enjoyed the impact of what I learnt. I and my staff were meeting once a week, so I was sharing all I learned with them especially the customer services aspect, delivering excellent services, and being smart enough to understand what a customer needs. With this knowledge, all our branches experienced a new turn. I created a new platform online for bookkeeping to enable me to track sales and expenses.
