Therefore, the constant migration of proactive minds to other climes will have a long reaching effect in the development of the African continent if not checked. They include:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The nature of tech jobs differs amongst the various arms of technology and usually requires flexibility. Most tech jobs can be done remotely and so disrupts the conventional mode of technical jobs.
