This is where the top performers shine. At the end of the training, over 50 outstanding participants from the Engage and Connect phases will be selected to advance to the Inspire Phase.
How it works
The Youth Empowered training program was designed with your future in mind, combining online and in-person training to give you a comprehensive learning experience. If you are a young person between the ages of 16-35, then #YouthEmpowered was made specifically to help you gain essential career and entrepreneurial development skills that will set you on a path for success.
Our online training is designed to fit your schedule, featuring short interactive videos and quizzes that allow you to learn at your own pace. You can pause and resume whenever it suits you, ensuring a flexible learning experience.

What You'll Gain
- Participants will secure an internship with Nigerian Bottling Company Ltd.
- Participants will receive specialised training in the hospitality industry, to train as a Mixologist or a Chef.
